Still the team to beat in T1. 4 of their players are in the top 4 in tier scoring. They were lucky to escape with the OT victory against OZ as they were getting dominated in the early part of that game. |
2 |
Still the highest penalized team in the tier (but not by much) ... That said, they score by committee, with great passes and excellent defence led by an all-star goalie in Maurice Chan. |
3 |
Have had a tough stretch of about 6 games where they have only gotten 1 win. Played very well against HWK except for the fact that they were down early. Cleanest team in the div. |
4 |
Have had a tough season with few bright spots. Won recently against OZ but came up flat against HWK. Too many pims from their top players to be effective. |

Pretty much blowing every team out of the water. Have won 8 of their last 9 games. Trevor Yu is giving top scorer a run for his money. |
2 |
Top scorer Kenny Symington is having one heck of a season. Even with all his time spent in the penalty box (leads tier), he also is able to put it up on the scoreboard. Colour me impressed. TTH has been VKE's kryptonite. Have 3 of div's top 4 scorers. |
3 |
Moved up from T3, and have also seen little success so far. Recent win against VKE gives them a slight bump up the rankings. Thius leads us to believe they will have success against the bottom of the tier. |
4 |
Recent win against MDR but some pretty convincing losses to TTH and VKE put them in 4th place. Have yet to play LBJ but have had their number most of the season. |
5 |
Have not found any success since moving down from T1. A new team this year who has shown good teamwork based on their stats. No one averages more than 1 point per game. Balanced attack will take them far. |
| |

Have moved up and down divisions all season long. Currently unbeaten in T3. A strange mix of talen on the team. Victor Dennis and Alex Eng are dominating the divisional stats. |
2 |
Unbeaten in regulation, sick hands have found new life in T3. Geoff Shapendonk is the best name in the div (if not the whole league) leads div with 4 GWG |
3 |
BBZ are a team whose results do not show how they have been playing as of late. Currently on a 5 game winning streak with wins coming even against LBJ, who were tiered up. Top scorer Matt Usui impressively pulls double duty as back up goalie. |
4 |
Losers of their last 3 games, were bumped up to T3 after last PR. The Koolaid Kids are led by 1-2 punch Matt Hurst and Jeremy Smith. Stats errily similar. |
5 |
Quite the drop since the last PR. Only wins since November coming off teams that have been tiered down. Not a good sign. Dan Etheridge making valiant bid to get into top 5 in scoring |
6 |
After much success in T4, the recent bump up to T3 leaves little hope on the horizon. They will need lots of players to step up to be successful.. Have yet to play a game in T3... 1st game vs Icemen is probably the worse matchup possible to get used to T3 speed. |

Tier 4 |

Now that ATB are eliminated from the tier, the way has been paved for NHK to have another championship season. Recent 3 game winning streak. Score by committee with 3 players in the same area for pts. |
2 |
Aman Jaswal currently sits 2nd in the points race. Although 1st in the standings, recent loss to NHK bumps them down the PR. |
3 |
Close game with the now T3 ATB and a 1-0 win over EAS bodes well for the sharp-toothed monkeys. Jeff Cornelius and Farroq Mian are the cornerstones of the EVM offence. |
4 |
Recent struggles (2 gm losing streak) bumps EAS down the rankings. Offence is tough to come by, averaging less than 3 goals a game. |
5 |
Recently bumped down from T3, have struggled somewhat to find their way around the tier. Early season success against opponents now in their division are a positive sign. Recent loss to NHK due to 3rd period breakdown. |
6 |
Should find a way to turn the shipo around after being retiered. Team average of over 4 goals per game a positive sign.. Sam Horlick with division leading 23 goals. |
| |
Tier 5 |
1 |
Top of the class, Christine MacKay is rock solid between the pipes. John Bablitz leads the team accounting for the majority of CPD's offence. |
2 |
Didn't have them pegged too high at the beginning of the season, but SBX is making a believer out of us. Eddy Uechi provides incredible goaltending and they now starting to score more goals. Watch out. |
3 |
AGain, that classic take on the Canucks skate logo still amuses us to no end. Cannot believe they were not in the finals for top 10 jerseys. Blasphemy. |
4 |
Recent call up from T6, VIK have remained successful, thanks in no small part to Steve Su's sMVP worth season in net. |
5 |

Last time we checked in with BBT in the PR, they had just one official win. Current official win count = 1
Insane. This is literally a tier of goalies because we just have to mention Peter Hogan, who has similar stats to the other big 4 in the div. |
6 |
Even with div leading scoring on the team, GHC have not had the bounces so far since being upgraded to T5. Have had close games tho, just need to work for those bounces. |
| |
Tier 6 |
1 |
Looking excellent , winning 4 of last 5 games. Officially unbeaten in the tier Mike Wong and Billy Huynh having career season, currently sitting in 3rd and 4th in div scoring. |
2 |
We expect big things from TCT after beating EVM 7-3. Should have no problem walking all over the division, as long as their best show up. Best players have played significantly less games than everyone else. |
3 |
Nothing but positives to take away from last 4 games. Blowout of SAK bumps them up a couple of spots. Currently sitting 2nd in standings but have yet to play TCT |
4 |
One win in last 4 games. Lost of close games. Farooq Mian and Richard Selman are their 1-2 punch... Farooq's second mention this power rankings.. inconceivable |
5 |
Close OT loss to KPT but still cannot tell where they stand. Have had success against most of the teams in the tier earlier in the season. Shocking: Veteran Hiro Sitaya with 30 pims. Not shocking: Jun Yamada: 35 pims in 3 games. |
6 |
In tough in new tier. For all intents and purposes, have faired well on the scoresheet so far. Andrew Lucarino will have to continue to steal games for them to be successful. |
| |
Tier 7 |
1 |
Have been on an absolute tear, winning streak since December that spans 5 games now. A recent blowout of MCW solidifies them in top spot. Wayne Lin is having one heck of a season leading the tier in points (and keeping it clean too). |
2 |
Have been unbeaten in regulation since moving down to T7. Have yet to play HBD. Will be a great game on Sunday, Jan.22. Interesting tidbit, their top 3 scorers are in the top 4 on the team for PIMs. |
3 |
Until their recent game against HBD, MCW was doing well, beating FSQ in a high scoring affair and then taking OT vs KNI. Still good enough for #3 spot. Rob Aylward leads the way on the team, Corey Trogi noticebly absent for a number of games -- he is a game breaker and MCW needs him in the lineup for any chance at success. |
4 |
Their only 2 wins in their last 7 contests have come against 1 team... Although they are 3rd in standings, something will need to give for them to remain relevant in the tier. We see a big drop in the standings coming. |
5 |
Their recent winless streak is bookended by wins against IHO. Like FSQ, they are having some trouble coming up with wins. Dennis is having a great season so far, on a goal per game pace. |
6 |
They should be higher than last place. Recent blowout to MTB cements their PR ranking. The positive sign is they have 4, almost 5 players as of this writing with 20 or more points. |
| |
Tier 8 |
1 |
They must finally be getting some decent attendance because their games have gone the other way. winners of 4 of last 5, with recent win over top GHS team. Highest scoring team in tier. |
2 |
Very very close games with basically every team in the division. Currently sitting in 1st place due to early season success. Brandon Wong tied for tier lead in GWG. |
3 |
Doing well as of late. Wins in 3 of last 4 games.. Redeemed from being bottomfeeders again in PR. A bit of drop off in production after Chris Watt. |
4 |
Have had a rocky season thus far, with wins coming only from HYP. Steve Tetreau, with his ridiculously long reach, leads the team in scoring. |
5 |
Blown out 10-2 and 14-4 by PKK. 2 ties with GHS? Hmmm... not sure what to make of that. Keith Ebenal now has div leading 30g in 17 games |
6 |
Having trouble against top teams in the division. Taking a look at their team stats... its probably hard to do well when there is a constant parade to the sin bin. Just sayin' |
| |
Tier 9 |
1 |
Since their 1 win against PHO in last PR, they are now sitting at the top of the tier. Gil Chai leading the div in scoring by a fairly significant margin. Must be all those corrections you send us eh Gil? HAHA |
2 |
Take a look at their schedule. I don't think we've every seen that many OT markers on one team's page before. One thing's for sure, they are getting their money's worth in icetime. That alone is worthy of 2nd spot in PR. |
3 |
Currently on a 3 game winning streak with their last loss coming against rivals SPT2. Games against LNG and SPT2 coming up are crucial for their playoff prediction status. |
4 |
Again the kings have not shown much in terms of results or stats to solidify their place or provide fodder for me to make fun of them. They are a .500 team with average pim, no top notch goal scorer, and a tandem of near .500 goalies. *shrugs* |
5 |
IF this PR were based on pims, VAG would be top dog. The mostly penalized team in the division, its a wonder that they are in last place in the standings. When your top scorer has more pims that some entire teams, it might be time to change the game plan... |
6 |
From T5 to T9... but sadly still at the bottom of the PR. Have had some flashes of adequacy (see 5-4 OT loss to SPT2), but overall, have had trouble finding success this season. Even after an unprecedented 4 tier drop. |
| |
Tier 10 |
1 |
4 game winning streak, top of the division, and silky smooth Phil Ramos playing lights out (when he shows up). Enough said. |
2 |
Very consistent in the fact that they rarely go for more than 1 loss in a row. No wonder they're in 2nd place. Glenn Martinuk is having a great season, tied for 1st place in division scoring. |
4 |
Coming out of the bottom of the division, they are making some headway, currently sitting in 3rd place in standings. Recent blowout of SCR pulled them out of a 3 game losing streak. |
3 |
Games cannot get any closer for these guys. Exactly .500 at this point in the season (which is where they were at the last PR). Andrew Macrae still leads the team in scoring but has slowed down a bit since the beginning of the season. |
5 |
Still missing that something on some nights. Either have really close games or are completely blown out of the water. Recent win against CNS helps them avoid bottom spot. |
6 |
Have dropped sharply since last PR. Recent losses to the bottom of the division send them plummeting down. Andrew Lucarino tied for top spot in scoring in the division. |
